Our in-person Cambridge grief group is a place to process grief and connect with others who understand. Research shows that addressing grief during young adulthood is crucial for lifelong emotional well-being, helping prevent the prolonged pain and the “stuckness” that can come from unprocessed loss. Past participants consistently report how helpful to participate. This is a time-limited group for people in their 20s and 30s + who have experienced a loss in the recent or distant past.
For individuals navigating major life changes such as career shifts, divorce, or retirement.
