Lifespan Integration (LI) is a trauma-informed therapy that can help release trauma from any age of life, process challenging relationships, and heal attachment wounds. I am fully trained and currently in the process of the year+ long certification process for LI. I find it to be a truly healing experience, resulting in better boundaries, better self-assessment, and feelings of higher self-worth. It fosters understanding, forgiveness, and/or acceptance in the story of your life.

— Angela Payne, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in SEATTLE, WA

Lifespan Integration (LI) engages the entire body-mind and is more effective and traditional talk therapies. LI utilizes repetitions of a somatosensory Timeline to clear past trauma and heal attachment deficits. This gentle and highly effective body-mind modality, rooted in neuroscience, facilitates rapid healing and reminds our entire system that we have survived our past and are well-resourced in this present moment. Clients who have completed LI therapy report they are calmer/less reactive.

— Kelly Morrissey, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I am level 4 trained in Lifespan Integration and currently working on my certification. This is such a wonderful modality, which feels so empowering to clients. It really allows me to be your assistance in growth and healing. It puts the power to heal where it belongs - with your own wisdom that is built from your life experience. There is so much to say about it. If it is a new modality to you, I encourage you to look up the website for more in depth information.

Lifespan integration is a trauma-informed intervention that uses your "inner child" and integrates your adult self into the conversation. By befriending your inner child, we can develop a deeper connection to your trauma and hurt to move toward healing.
