As a psychotherapist, my ideal client would be someone who is open-minded and receptive to a myriad of therapeutic approaches. I have a strong foundation in psychotherapy, having completed my MSW from the University of North Dakota in 2018 and further expanding my knowledge through additional training at the Integrative Psychiatric Institute in Boulder, Colorado. My experience in working within primary care and various health settings adds to my versatility.
My Background and Approach
As a trained psychedelic assisted psychotherapist, is to utilize alternative and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I have a strong foundation in traditional therapy, having completed my MSW from the University of North Dakota in 2018 and further expanding your knowledge through additional training at the Integrative Psychiatric Institute in Boulder, Colorado. My therapeutic approach is characterized by a relational, person-centered, and integrative perspective. I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship in facilitating healing and growth. In clinical practice, I draw from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques.
