About My Clients
I have opinions about therapy. I believe that folks living with cancer shouldn't be caged in the identity of "ill patients." I believe that BIPOC folx deserve more than seeing "DEI" in a footnote. And I believe that end of life needs to be stigma-free and is something worth talking about. I may have spent years honing my skills, but you have far more expertise living your life. We are fellow experts. And the respect and transparency by which I operate reflects that.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Nina Singh (she/her), founder of Inclusive Health Psychology, offers compassionate treatment of the highest standards. She does this by using the latest science-backed methods, by actively assessing how your therapy is progressing, & by showing up as your compassionate fellow human. She’s fiercely passionate about serving folks of all identities and backgrounds, including BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. As a South Asian American, she appreciates the immense complexity of - and resilience born from - navigating multiple cultural identities. Dr. Singh has trained and worked at top programs and clinical centers, but more importantly, she’s a lifelong learner who roots herself in humility and curiosity.
