About My Clients
I am passionate about working with couples, as well as adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, or feeling marginalized or undervalued. I am also especially interested in helping men who are struggling with issues around fatherhood.
My Background and Approach
I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches that honor both the science and art of healing, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), NarrativeTherapy, and the Gottman Method. I believe in a trauma-informed and holistic approach to counseling, encouraging you to pay attention to and enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I welcome and am happy to work with clients from all traditional and non-traditional spiritual and/or religious traditions, practices, and beliefs.

I believe in the intrinsic worth of every individual, and I strive to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and valued. My approach is grounded in compassion, equity, and respect for each person’s unique journey. In therapy, I see healing and growth as a dynamic, collaborative process that requires both self-exploration and an openness to change. By integrating mindfulness and IFS (Internal Family Systems) practices, I help clients connect with themselves, others, and the environment in meaningful ways. My work encourages growth that aligns with personal values, helping individuals, couples, and adolescents navigate challenges with resilience, authenticity, and a deeper sense of purpose.
