About My Clients
I am passionate about working with clients from ages three to thirty, supporting them through life transitions, social lives, relationships, family dynamics, and building confidence. For children, I incorporate play therapy to engage and support them. With teenagers, I address academic challenges and assist in identity formation. For young adults, I explore careers, relationships, and the transition into "the real world," helping them find their purpose.
My Background and Approach
I became a therapist to support children, teens, and young adults in discovering who they are and navigating life's challenges. My approach is compassionate and non-judgemental, focusing on building self-esteem, improving relationships, and finding direction. Whether through play therapy with young children, exploring identity with teens, or guiding young adults into "the real world," I am here to help you grow and thrive. My goal is to create a safe space where you can openly express yourself, explore your emotions, and develop the skills to overcome any obstacles in your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member of the Jewish community. During college, I became more involved in the Jewish community at my school and it allowed me to blossom in ways I didn't know were possible. While I do not regularly attend services, Judaism is largely a culture. As antisemitism has rapidly increased over recent years, I would love to talk with clients about their experiences dealing with such negativity, especially throughout high schools and college campuses.
