About My Clients
I specialize in working with BIPOC, neurodiverse, queer clients, and those facing trauma, stress, self-esteem, grief, or anxiety. As a Black, queer woman with ADHD, I deeply understand these experiences and am dedicated to creating a supportive space where you feel seen and understood. If you’re ready for change, we can work together to overcome challenges, foster growth, and achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
I became a therapist with the passion and purpose of helping you become the best version of yourself. My mission is to create a space where you not only feel empowered and heard, but where you can truly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I believe that therapy is most effective when it’s a collaborative process, where we work together to navigate your challenges, discover your strengths, and celebrate your successes. I’m here to provide unwavering support, to deeply understand your unique experiences, and to guide you as you grow and evolve. Your journey is entirely your own, and I’m committed to walking alongside you, offering the tools, insights, and encouragement you need to reach your full potential. Whether you’re facing obstacles or looking to explore new possibilities, I’m dedicated to being a steadfast partner in your personal growth and transformation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to be the main character in their own life. While I’m not an avid social media user, I do appreciate TikTok for its wealth of information. In my spare time, I volunteer for Crisis Text Line, offering support to those in urgent need. Spirituality is important to me, and I strive to bring warmth and genuine connection into my therapeutic practice, as I believe these are key to building a successful alliance. As a neurodiverse individual and the mother of a beautiful daughter, Indigo, who is on the Autism Spectrum, I bring a deep, personal understanding to my work with clients.
