About My Clients
My clients are individuals, couples, and families seeking deep healing and growth. They may be dealing with trauma, depression, or anxiety, struggling to find meaning, or navigating creative blocks. I often work with teenagers facing identity and self-worth challenges, parents adjusting to the demands of young children, and couples wanting to rebuild intimacy, resolve conflicts, and find deeper connection, many of who are in non-traditional relationships.

In addition to talk therapy I am in EAGALA certified equine psychotherapist and offer in person equine therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy offers a dedicated time for you to explore who you are, give attention to the parts of yourself that are hurting and the parts that maybe don't have enough life yet, and to work toward wholeness. There are times when therapy can be intense, and there are times when it can be joyous. It may be a scary process to start therapy, but my suggestion is to reach out, have a conversation with different therapists, and see how it feels. Trust yourself to know if it is a good fit.
