About My Clients
At Resilience Lab many of my clients are searching for their place in the world and struggling with big and small questions alike. They might be exploring themselves or they might be having trouble coping with anxiety or handling relationship issues. My belief is that all questions- large and small- are worth exploring thoughtfully. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper sense of insight and purpose while doing so.
My Background and Approach
My primary role in working with clients is as a reflective listener. I believe that humans are uniquely capable of finding meaning in and through times of suffering. It's my job to identify and develop the strengths my clients may not see in themselves, and empower them to be their own catalysts for change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Ethics is something I spend a lot of time thinking about- the way we present ethical conduct as a society and how we respond in situations where trust or rationality fails. I am a student of religious thought across multiple belief systems, so I am interested in understanding and honoring the ways people make meaning, interpret and overcome suffering, and connect with others and the world. I have plans to become a non-denominational minister and want to expand my horizons within and outside of working with Resilience Lab by developing this as a new professional endeavor.
