Everyone deserves a life that is vital and full of meaning. Making the changes necessary to meet your goals is a big commitment. It takes courage and compassion. Often, worries about the future, or thoughts about the past, can interfere with our ability to live the best life possible today. My Background and Approach
Our therapy sessions will be highly personalized and tailored to your specific needs, goals, and preferences. My clinical background and experience allows me to address a wide range of concerns including; life transitions, perinatal mood changes and maternal mental health, insomnia, over-coming traumatic experiences, managing anxiety and depression, as well as learning new skills to manage emotions, distress and interpersonal situations/relationships. A significant part of therapy is rooted in the therapeutic relationship. I am honored and humbled when someone comes into therapy wanting to make changes in their life. I respect the courage it takes to make changes. Together, we will customize an individual therapy plan to help you meet your specific goals, your unique needs, and to live the life you want to be living. ** Appts are available for Wednesdays and Thursdays** ** I do not accept insurance in my practice **
