My Background and Approach
Monica Gray, LCSW, is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. She has over a decade of experience helping others. She is committed to helping her patients experience greater health so they can start thriving in their daily lives. She specializes in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. she strives to assist youth, build interpersonal skills and manage difficult emotions. She assist family members gain an understanding of disruptive problems and improve communication skills so as to provide new ways of reaching solutions that lead to greater family harmony.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Ms. Gray believes that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones
