In working with individuals, I utilize a range of approaches tailored to your unique needs. This often includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and elements of psychodynamic therapy. My Background and Approach
I feel very strongly about intentionally creating a safe space for you to show up as your authentic self, with all your complexities and intersecting identities. My therapeutic approach is integrative and makes use of dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic, and IFS modalities. I am also certified in Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy. Life can be challenging! My goal is to empower individuals and couples to embrace their unique journeys and vulnerabilities. Together, we can embark on a road that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, fostering a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
