About My Clients

Taking the first step towards healing can be incredibly challenging, and seeking the support you deserve takes immense courage. I believe that one of my greatest privileges is walking with individuals as they navigate these challenges. My mission is to provide an empathetic and safe space for you to delve into your experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections in your life.

My Background and Approach

I am committed to recognizing and addressing the impact of systemic oppression on mental health. Prior to becoming a counselor, I worked closely with individuals who have experienced trauma, with a focus on survivors of sexual violence and members of the recovery community. I work best with individuals who are highly motivated to address their presenting issues. I work with clients on a variety of issues, with specific areas of interest including childhood trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, non-monogamy, survivors of narcissistic abuse, and life transitions. My practice primarily draws from a Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT) framework, though I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor the best fit for you. I most often work with adults and older adolescents and enjoy working with couples, adult siblings, and groups.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
