About My Clients
Are you a caregiver—a new parent, grandparent, or someone responsible for others—feeling the weight of it all? You're balancing caregiving with personal needs, self-care, and even past traumas? Together, we’ll address your personal struggles, refine your caregiving approach and build a stronger foundation for both you and those you care for. Let’s work toward helping you show up fully for your loved ones while also honoring your own well-being.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist, I practice collaborative, holistic, and culturally sensitive therapy for couples, caregivers, and families. My background includes a Master's in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver and experience working with diverse populations through restorative justice and multisystemic therapy. With a focus on systemic issues, I create a supportive space where clients can address mental health challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of change and the profound impact our environment has on our lives and self-image. I’ve seen how difficult experiences and systemic pressures can affect people, sometimes leading them to feel stuck in negative patterns or disconnected from others. But being in a dark place doesn’t define your worth. Together, we’ll focus on rebuilding a sense of self that you can feel proud of, as well as making meaningful changes in your actions and relationships. I’m also deeply committed to social equity and serve on initiatives that promote inclusivity in mental health. No matter where you’re starting from, there’s hope for positive transformation, and I’m here to support you each step of the way.
